Are we destined for:

station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them, a decent
respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes
which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are
created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable
rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” – The
Declaration of Independence
With these words a nation like no other before it was
formed; one where the potential was limitless because its people’s freedoms
were promised protection like no other which preceded it.
The Founders of the United States of America were men
of faith. As such, they recognized that
our freedom and liberty do not come to us through the permission of them by a
government. Rather, they believed that
our freedom and liberty is granted to us by our Creator, therefore, they are unalienable.
So then, why did they set about establishing a government
